For over a decade, Sara's Organic Food was my life's work. We grew real food in Egypt and got it to families who wanted to know where it came from, a farm and a season and a name behind every box. SOF is on pause. I moved from Egypt to Dubai after fifteen years, and I’m building what comes next. These days I write a newsletter called The Working Garden about food, trust, and the things worth doing slowly. If SOF meant something to you, that is where you'll find me now.
