For over a decade, Sara's Organic Food was my life's work. We grew real food in Egypt and got it to families who wanted to know where it came from, a farm and a season and a name behind every box. That chapter has closed. I have moved to Dubai, and I am building something new: I teach founders who aren't technical how to run their actual work on AI, and I write a newsletter called The Working Garden about food, trust, and the things worth doing slowly.
